How I work.

A clear process, no fluff

    Talk

    A free 30-minute intro call to understand where you are, what the real problem is, and whether AI is actually the answer.

  2. 02

    Propose

    A concrete plan: scope, approach, timeline, cost and expected outcomes — transparent before we begin.

  3. 03

    Deliver

    Get to work — consulting, building, or training. Regular updates so you always see the progress.

  4. 04

    Ongoing support

    I don’t disappear after handover — I stay on so your team can run, adjust and own the system.

Questions

Before we talk.

What does it cost?

It depends on scope — a workshop, an MVP and a transformation project are priced very differently. The 30-minute intro call is free; after it I send a proposal with scope, approach, timeline and cost, so you decide before anything starts.

How long does a project take?

A prototype or MVP usually takes weeks, not months — iconOS had its operations system running for real within a few weeks. A workshop is one session; 1:1 coaching is five. Bigger consulting and delivery work is split into phases in the proposal.

What if AI isn’t the answer?

I’ll say so. The intro call is there to find out whether AI is the right tool at all. Some systems I build deliberately use no AI — like Care Invoicing Hub, where clear rules do the job better.

Is my data safe?

Personal data is masked before any AI call, every action is logged, and data can stay in your country. Clients are named only with their permission; everything else stays anonymous, and I work under NDA whenever you need one.

How do you work with teams in Australia?

I’m on GMT+7, which overlaps most of the Australian working day, and we work over Google Meet, email and WhatsApp. For Australian projects the data can stay in Australia — as with the systems on the Projects page.

What should I prepare for the intro call?

Nothing formal. Tell me what takes your team the most time and how you’d like it to run; current numbers or processes help if you have them.
